The Long Colts offers a way for you to maximize Tony's ability, but it's up to you how important that should be in your build. This is an exceptional example of a Colt U.S. If you just want to kill stuff however, especially in multiplayer where extra actions for an individual investigator are maybe not as important as getting your bounties off early for quick resource economy, then dual wielding the Long Colts or playing a two handed weapon like Thompson or Chicago Typewriter will still work incredibly well. In any case, all of this suggests what most people have said about Tony- prioritize one handed weapons if you care about bounties. Your biggest friend in Tony decks though is Sleight of Hand, as being able to take out any gun you have and just fire off without worrying about conserving ammo is an amazing play, and you can do that with the Long Colts as well if you want to get even more bounties out of them. If you get one of these + a reliable weapon like a Switchblade 2 or Timeworn Brand then you can make the absolute most of these, though even a gun like Derringer, Lupara, or (dare I say) Colt Vest Pocket can pair well with these. These guns are meant to pair with another weapon so you can conserve the ammo and therefore maximize bounty return. Yeah, the "play another from your hand" thing is almost always a trap.
